How can I set up an account?
To set up an account, click on "Account" in the navigation then provide your Name, Email and Password and click the "Create" button.

What delivery options do I have?
Choose between having your order shipped directly to you or picking it up from a nearby Ziegler location.

Which payment options are supported?
We accept payment exclusively through debit and credit cards; unfortunately, internal and client accounts are not acceptable methods of payment.

Will I get a confirmation for my order?
Yes, upon the completion of your order processing, a confirmation, which includes the order number, item list, and total amount, will be sent to the provided email address.

How can I monitor my order's status?
To track your order status, click on "Account" situated at the top right corner and log in. Navigate to "Order History," select the order you wish to track to view the current status.
