Ziegler Return Policy

At Ziegler Store, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our shirts, hats, and gear. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. Please find our return policy details below:

RETURN PERIOD

Purchases made in store or on the Ziegler Store site (zieglerstore.com) may be returned within 30 days of shipment or purchase if item(s) are unwashed, un-worn and in new condition with all original accessories and tags still attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@zieglerstore.com and provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once we receive your email, a return shipping label will be processed and sent to the email used on the original purchase.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
  4. Simply print and affix the prepaid return label to the package and take it to the nearest UPS location.

We are unable to process returns in store for items purchased at zieglerstore.com

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method in 3 business days. You will receive email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES

Currently, we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately at support@zieglerstore.com so we can rectify the issue promptly.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.

ZIEGLER EMPLOYEE RETURN PROCESS

The typical return / refund process for Ziegler employee orders is as follows:

  • Please repackage the item(s), in the original packaging if possible, and send back to the ZRC- Ziegler Rebuild Center via company shuttle.  Your local parts counter can assist with preparing for routing on the company shuttle.
  • You can send to ATTN: ZIEGLER STORE
  • As soon as it is received and processed, the original form of payment will be refunded. If receiving a credit to a digital gift card, you can check your balance any time at: https://zieglerstore.com/a/gc/gift-card/balance/
  • We cannot do exchanges. If in need of a different size or color, you will need to create a new order at www.zieglerstore.com

 As an alternative, you can also request a UPS return shipping label by emailing support@zieglerstore.com. You can then bring your package to the nearest UPS location and have it shipped that way.  

We will work to issue your refund to the original payment method as soon as the item is fully processed upon arrival to the ZRC.
