Purchases made in store or on the Ziegler Store site (zieglerstore.com) may be returned within 30 days of shipment or purchase if item(s) are unwashed, un-worn and in new condition with all original accessories and tags still attached.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at email@example.com and provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once we receive your email, a return shipping label will be processed and sent to the email used on the original purchase.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
- Simply print and affix the prepaid return label to the package and take it to the nearest UPS location.
We are unable to process returns in store for items purchased at zieglerstore.com
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method in 3 business days. You will receive email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Currently, we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can rectify the issue promptly.

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
